Grant Readiness Assessment
Is your organization prepared to begin pursuing grant funding? We assess your organization for grant readiness and then compile a detailed plan of action for program and organizational development that will help your nonprofit become grant ready. We prepare you to respond to appropriate funding opportunities in a timely manner with competitive proposals, manage funding awards, and comply with funder requirements throughout the grant cycle.
Grant and proposal review, editing, and critique to assist your staff in strengthening proposals and increase your chances for success. We proofread your grant proposals before you submit them and provide feedback, making sure your message is clear and that you’ve followed instructions provided by the grantmaker.
Grant Prospect Research
"So, how do we know which funders to approach?" We take the guesswork out of finding best-match grant makers using subscription-based databases. We conduct local, regional and national searches of corporate, family, private, and public foundations as well as state and federal opportunities based on your organization’s mission and programs. We document our findings and recommend a process for approaching the identified funders.
GROUP facilitation & Training
One on one, small group, or classroom setting workshops and presentations designed to enhance your organization's knowledge and skills related to grants and grant writing, program development, and/or what foundations are looking for in proposals and programs. Meeting facilitation for decision making and team development purposes.
Grant proposals written are based on results of potential funder research and/or on prospects identified by the organization. Applications are tailored to each funder. Working closely with your staff, we complete your grant application, proposal, or letter of inquiry, ensuring it’s highly competitive and thorough.
Structured, collaborative approach to strategic planning using the Technology of Participation (ToP) method, focused not just on strategic ideas, but strategic leadership and action-oriented goals. Assistance with identifying opportunities for action, practical implementation of detailed plans, and ways to mobilize multiple resources for progress and goal attainment.
Our services are available on a set project fee, or on an hourly or contractual basis. We have established rates for hourly, daily, and long-term contracts.
